Heather Cova Named As New WSU Tri-Cities Chief of Staff

Heather Cova HeadshotWSU Tri-Cities chancellor Sandra Haynes announced the appointment of Heather Cova as the new Chief of Staff. Cova previously served as the Administrative Manager of the Viticulture & Enology Program at the Wine Science Center.  As Chief of Staff, Heather reports directly to the Chancellor and serves as a champion for the vision and strategic initiatives set by the Chancellor, including serving as an alternate on the TCRD Board of Directors.  

Prior to moving to the Tri-Cities, Heather served as Executive Assistant to the President and Corporate Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan which provides world-class arts education to students age 8 to18.   

Cova is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a BA in Interpersonal and Public Communication and a minor in French. She and her husband, Paul, have a 5-year old daughter.
