    The Tri-Cities Research District is a 1,700 acre live, work, learn and play campus.  There are over 7,000 workers within the district who take advantage of the walking paths and access to the Columbia River during the day.  Battelle auditorium features international films and cultural events.  The districts master plan connects Washington State University, Tri-Cities our land grant university to Battelle operated Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.  Building a future around biosciences, energy, viticulture and enology along with showcasing sustainable building and design practices is at the heart of who we are and what we do.  What’s next, starts here.
